Responsibilities:

 End to End tracking, monitoring and reporting of logistics deliveries

 Translating reporting mechanism into comprehensive visual dashboards

 Established team management skills

 Daily/weekly/monthly dashboards for regular reporting to critical stakeholders

 Respond to both emergency and non-emergency calls, ensuring that pertinent information is

accurately documented

 Monitor the progress of shipments and address any issues or delays promptly

 Generate reports on transportation metrics, including on-time delivery performance and

transportation costs

 Prioritize and organize deliveries according to their level of urgency

 Supervise daily logistics operations with the field units to ensure efficient daily schedule

 Maintain and update call logs, records and all relevant documentation with diligence.

 Act as a liaison between drivers, Consolidaton Centers, District Headquarters and other relevant

departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration

 Ensure all transportation-related documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with

relevant regulations.

 Identify and address transportation-related issues in real-time, implementing effective solutions to

minimize disruptions

 Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot challenges and improve overall transportation

processes

 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, regulatory affairs and customer services

to streamline processes and enhance overall logistics efficiency

 Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of

transportation operations

 Provide feedback and suggestions for improving workflow, technology utilization and overall logistics

performance
