We're seeking a dynamic Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across both B2B and B2C segments.

What You'll Do

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation strategies (email, social media, paid ads, webinars, etc.)
  • Identify and qualify leads across academic institutions and real estate/mortgage sectors
  • Build and manage prospect lists using CRM tools and data platforms
  • Nurture leads through personalized messaging and follow-ups

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Craft compelling marketing campaigns tailored to each product's audience

Collaborate on content creation: landing pages, email sequences, social media posts, and promotional videos

Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion

Support brand positioning and product storytelling across digital platforms

Product-Specific Focus

  • For Insight Academic Solution Plus:
  • Target universities, colleges, high schools, and academic leaders
  • Promote features like automated grading, curriculum design, and performance analytics
  • For AI Agent for Real Estate & Mortgage:
  • Engage real estate agents, brokers, lenders, and property service providers
  • Highlight features like AI lead matching, CRM integration, and intelligent property insights

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or sales (B2B and/or B2C)
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt quickly
  • Familiarity with academic technology or real estate/mortgage sectors is a plus
