Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities within the US and European markets, focusing on sectors such as Banking, Insurance, IT, Healthcare, and other industries where data security is a critical operational requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and generate qualified leads within target markets and industries.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies tailored to the US and European regions.
  • Engage potential clients through professional communication channels including email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and prospect interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the data security, cybersecurity, or IT solutions domain will be plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and achieve defined performance targets.

Compensation:

The salary for this position is open for discussion and will be commensurate with experience and expertise.
