About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Human Resource Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle and building a strong talent pipeline to meet the strategic staffing needs of the company.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level roles.


• Partner with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.


• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms.


• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates effectively.


• Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


• Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track hiring performance.


• Assist in employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.


• Stay updated on market trends and best hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a recruiter, with at least 1-2 years in a senior or lead role.


• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.


• Hands-on experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR software.

Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in Recruitment or Human Resources
