Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for the position of Head of Merchandising. The role involves overseeing merchandising strategies, analyzing market trends, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales and product placement strategies. The Head of Merchandising will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align merchandising plans with business goals, optimize inventory, and drive revenue growth through innovative approaches.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, performance metrics, and customer preferences.
  • Expertise in sales and retail management to ensure seamless product delivery and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in marketing and market research to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in a merchandising or retail management role.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to stay updated on industry trends and make data-driven decisions.
