We are a leading name in the paint industry, known for offering high-quality paints and coating solutions. We are looking for a Salesman experienced in back sales, focusing on paint shop sales, dealer relationships, and market outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit and maintain strong relationships with paint shops, dealers, and retailers.
  • Promote and sell company paint products across assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Ensure availability, visibility, and branding of products in retail outlets.
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns at the retail level.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in paint sales or hardware/building material sales.
  • Strong knowledge of local markets and shop networks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
