With a commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, the company is poised for continued growth and success in the years to come.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Brand LeadershipOwn overall Amazon marketplace strategy to grow sales, improve product ranking, increase profitability, and achieve target metrics (revenue, margin, reviews, ranking, CTR/CVR).Set clear, measurable goals and implement actionable plans to achieve and exceed them.Data Analysis & Decision-MakingRegularly analyze marketplace data including sales trends, rankings, competitor insights, and product reviews.Identify opportunities and risks, providing data-driven recommendations and action plans.Cross-Departmental CoordinationCollaborate with and guide internal teams (including PPC, inventory management, logistics, listing optimization, marketing, customer service, and others) to ensure alignment and timely execution of strategies.Communicate effectively with team members to implement corrective actions when KPIs or metrics are not met.Listing Optimization & MonitoringProactively monitor account health, listings, ASIN suspensions, competitor attacks, and pricing changes.Implement solutions swiftly, working closely with Seller Support when needed, including managing appeals.Operational EfficiencyContinuously optimize Amazon operational expenses (including FBA fees, referral fees, and storage fees).Review and implement re-measurement requests or cost-saving initiatives proactively.Product Improvement CoordinationRegularly review customer feedback and product reviews to inform product development and enhancements.Liaise with the product development team to swiftly address negative feedback or opportunities for improvement.Required QualificationsExperience & Skills5+ years of high-level Amazon Brand Management experience (required).Proven deliverables: documented history of meeting or exceeding revenue, profit, and ranking targets; successful launch/scale of private-label ASINs; sustained improvements in CTR/CVR and review velocity.Proven track record leading Amazon private label brands (>$5M/year preferred).Strong analytical skills, with deep expertise using data scraping, reporting, analysis, and interpretation tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive, Keepa, etc.).Expert-level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, advertising (PPC), listing optimization, Amazon SEO strategies, ranking algorithms, and marketplace analytics.Experience managing cross-functional teams.AttributesStrategic, proactive, and results-oriented leader.Highly detail-oriented with a disciplined, analytical approach to decision-making.Strong communication and presentation skills.Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Job DetailsFull-time remote position (40 hours/week)Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST) hoursWhy Join Us?Competitive compensation with growth opportunitiesComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision insurance available)Flexible PTO and scheduling optionsCollaborative, supportive, and innovative work cultureProfessional growth and training opportunitiesDiverse and inclusive team environmentOpportunity to make significant contributions to a rapidly growing companyApplication ProcessJoin us at PMP Products, a fast-growing private label e-commerce brand, and be part of our mission to deliver innovative, high-quality products that enhance everyday life.
