Overview:

MedTech is looking for a self-driven, growth-minded Affiliate & Marketplace Growth Manager to help us expand our online sales presence through platforms like TikTok Shop and Amazon. You'll be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing sales performance, and working with social media creators to drive affiliate-driven growth.

Your Mission:

Get MedTech products seen, sold, and shared through the fastest-growing online sales platforms.

Marketplace Management

  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings on TikTok Shop and Amazon
  • Implement best practices for SEO, pricing, promos, and media
  • Track listing performance and iterate to improve conversion rates

Affiliate Recruitment & Management

  • Build and maintain a network of TikTok creators as affiliates
  • Handle outreach, onboarding, and collaboration through TikTok Shop affiliate program
  • Coordinate affiliate promotions, campaign assets, and performance tracking

Platform Promotion

  • Work with MedTech's content and marketing teams to drive traffic to our TikTok Shop
  • Launch TikTok Shop-exclusive promotions to increase visibility and sales
  • Monitor trends and competitor tactics on both platforms to stay ahead

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience with TikTok Shop and/or Amazon Seller Central
  • Strong understanding of creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or influencer deals
  • Familiarity with e-commerce SEO, sales copy, and promotional strategies
  • Self-starter with high attention to detail and a results-driven mindset
  • Bonus: experience in medical, education, or consumer product niches

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs Rs200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
