Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Officer located in Mānsehra. The Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing office operations, overseeing administrative procedures, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The role involves handling correspondence, organizing meetings, maintaining records, and supporting senior management in administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Office management, administrative procedures, and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
