We Are Hiring – Female HR Administrator

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Female HR Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth administration, and maintaining a disciplined and professional work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and arrange new employee onboarding as per organizational requirements.
• Manage the recruitment cycle, including hiring, employee contract signing, and, when required, termination procedures in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure punctuality and discipline across the organization.
• Administer payroll, salary disbursement, and related HR documentation.
• Handle daily petty cash operations and ensure timely payment of office utilities and other administrative expenses.
• Foster a positive work culture by implementing HR policies and addressing employee concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and company standards.

Requirements

• Graduation/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• 1–2 years of experience preferred (fresh graduates may also apply).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle confidential information, and work under pressure.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: Off
