We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Student Relationship Officer to ensure smooth communication and support for our existing students. The ideal candidate will play a key role in addressing real-time student queries and ensuring their academic and administrative needs are efficiently handled.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate student records and files in both physical and digital formats.
  • Follow up with absent students and update attendance records regularly.
  • Configure and manage exam schedules, results, and related data.
  • Update and organize notice boards with information on exams, events, student projects, and academic achievements.
  • Actively participate in the attendance monitoring process and assist in reducing absenteeism.
  • Build and sustain strong, positive relationships with students.
  • Respond promptly to student inquiries and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist students with using the student portal and provide basic technical and administrative support.
  • Coordinate and communicate with students regarding center activities, workshops, and seminars.
  • Handle any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the center management.
