We Are Hiring – Medical Billing Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time | Night Shift

Experience: Minimum 2–5 Years (US Medical Billing Experience Preferred)

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Preferred in Business, Finance, or Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end medical billing process for US healthcare providers.
  • Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and patient demographics.
  • Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies (EDI & paper).
  • Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.
  • Post payments, adjustments, and handle patient billing inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve billing and claim discrepancies efficiently.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the US healthcare billing cycle (Charge Entry, Payment Posting, AR Follow-up Denial Management, Advanced Eligibility verification).
  • Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
  • Experience with EMR/EHR and billing software (e.g., MediSoft, ECW (eClinical Work), Next Gen, Practice Fusion).
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently during night shifts.
