Training Overview
We are looking for
qualified freelance HSE trainers
to deliver industry-focused training programs for our clients in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, and Construction sectors across Karachi, Lahore, and other parts of Sindh and Punjab.

Training Topics (Required)
Trainers must be able to deliver one or more of the following courses:

  • Work at Height Safety & Rescue
  • Scaffolding Safety & Inspection (Basic / Advanced)
  • Confined Space Entry & Rescue
  • Chemical Safety & Hazardous Substance Handling
  • Racking System Safety
  • Fire Safety & Emergency Response
  • Electrical Safety (LOTO, Arc Flash, Grounding)
  • Hot Work & Welding Safety
  • Machine Guarding & Industrial Machinery Safety
  • Manual Handling & Ergonomics
  • Permit-to-Work (PTW) Systems
  • PPE Awareness & Safety Culture Development
  • Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification (HAZID / HAZOP Awareness)
  • Construction Site Safety Management
  • Behavior-Based Safety (BBS)
  • Many more

Trainer Qualification (Minimum):

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or related discipline
  • International certifications such as NEBOSH IGC / IOSH / OSHA (mandatory)
  • ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, Fire Safety, Scaffolding, or Confined Space certification (preferred)

Trainer Expertise & Experience:

  • 7-10 years of professional HSE experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, or Construction sectors.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' proven experience in delivering corporate / industrial safety trainings.
  • Strong practical knowledge of international standards (OSHA, NFPA, ISO, ANSI).
  • Ability to conduct practical demonstrations, case studies, and safety drills.

Training Details:

  • Duration: 1-3 Days (depending on topic)
  • Mode: Classroom + Onsite Practical Training
  • Target Audience: Safety Officers, Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Frontline Workers
