Engagement Type: Freelance / Short-Term Training Assignment

Training Overview
We are looking for an experienced freelance trainer to deliver training sessions on Lifting Operations in accordance with LEEA standards. The program is aimed at enhancing participant knowledge in safe lifting practices, equipment inspection, and compliance with international safety requirements.

Trainer Qualification (Mandatory)

  • Valid LEEA License - Level III
  • Train-the-Trainer (TTT) Certification

Trainer Expertise & Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in lifting operations, inspection, and rigging safety.
  • Proven record of conducting LEEA-based trainings for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Construction, or Heavy Industry sectors.

  • Strong knowledge of:

  • Safe lifting practices

  • Rigging and slinging techniques
  • Crane operations and lifting accessories
  • Load calculations and lifting plan development

  • International lifting standards and inspection procedures

  • Hands-on experience with case studies, risk assessments, and accident prevention strategies.

  • Duration: 1-3 Days
  • Mode: Classroom & Practical Sessions
  • Target Audience: Lifting Supervisors, Riggers, Crane Operators, Safety Officers, and Maintenance Staff
