Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore, Faisalabad Multan for an ARM & RGM at MDS Foods Private Limited. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, overseeing staff, managing customer relations, and implementing sales strategies. The ARM & RGM will drive performance metrics, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Effective team management and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in implementing sales strategies and achieving targets
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous.
