Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gujrat, Gujranwala & Sialkot for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) and Restaurant General Manager (RGM). The ARM & RGM will oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities include inventory control, staff training, scheduling, and adherence to company policies and procedures. The ARM & RGM will also work on achieving sales targets and managing budgets effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management and staff supervision
- Skills in customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle inventory control and maintain operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
