About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect Designer with expertise in 3D modeling and a proven track record of designing high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of post-qualification professional experience and a strong command of modern architectural design tools, techniques, and technologies. Knowledge and ability to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools for design efficiency and innovation will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop architectural concepts for high-rise projects from concept to execution.
  • Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and visualizations to support project presentations and approvals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines.
  • Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and design documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends, materials, and software tools.
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions to enhance productivity, creativity, and project workflows.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on high-rise projects.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, 3ds Max, Lumion, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of architectural visualization tools and rendering software.
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes and tools.
  • Ability to utilize AI-powered design and visualization tools.
  • Excellent design presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
