Mark1 Technologies is seeking a motivated and skilled SEO Link Building Specialist with proven experience in Shopify SEO to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality link-building campaigns, improving keyword rankings, and optimizing Shopify-based websites for search engines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement white-hat link-building strategies to improve domain authority and organic visibility.
  • Perform backlink audits and competitive analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Ubersuggest.
  • Conduct manual outreach for guest posting, niche edits, HARO, and relevant link placements.
  • Submit websites to high-authority directories, citations, and local listings.
  • Track and report on backlink profiles, domain authority, and keyword performance.
  • Optimize Shopify websites for technical and on-page SEO, including product pages, collections, URL structures, internal linking, and schema markup.
  • Work closely with the content and development teams to align SEO strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure all SEO activities comply with Google Webmaster Guidelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO and Shopify platform updates.

Requirements:

  • 1 years of hands-on experience in link building and SEO.
  • Experience with Shopify SEO, including optimizing product listings, meta tags, and site architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of white-hat SEO techniques and Google Search Essentials.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills (especially for outreach emails).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality backlinks on deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Shopify admin panel is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Shopify apps for SEO like Plug In SEO, Smart SEO, or JSON-LD tools.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools like BuzzStream, Mailshake, or Pitchbox.
  • Understanding of Shopify dropshipping and e-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager implementation experience is a bonus.
