Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with 3-4 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring seamless user experiences across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma
  • Design responsive layouts that work across multiple devices and screen sizes
  • Develop user-centric designs based on user research and feedback
  • Create and maintain design systems and component libraries

User Research & Testing:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
  • Perform usability testing and gather user feedback for iterative improvements
  • Create user personas, user journeys, and storyboards
  • Analyze user interactions and optimize user flows

Collaboration & Implementation:

  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate design implementation
  • Collaborate with product managers to define design requirements
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Create detailed design specifications for development teams

Visual Design:

  • Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines
  • Create icons, graphics, and other visual elements
  • Ensure consistency in visual design across all platforms
  • Stay updated with latest design trends and best practices

Technical Requirements:

Must Have:

  • 3-4 years of professional UI/UX design experience
  • Expert proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, design systems)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing responsive design projects
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Experience creating responsive designs for web and mobile

Design Skills:

  • Wireframing and prototyping
  • Responsive web design
  • Visual design and branding
  • Interaction design
  • User research methodologies
  • Usability testing

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS)
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Motion design or animation skills
  • Experience with design thinking methodologies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 3-4 years of proven UI/UX design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
