Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Rawalpindi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies. Daily tasks include conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, training team members, managing sales processes, and providing exceptional customer service. Real Estate knowledge and understanding of fractional ownership is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and developing team members
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in similar roles or the industry will be advantageous
