Role Description

We are seeking a
dynamic and result-driven Advertising Sales Agent
with proven experience in the advertising industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our innovative
Out-of-Home (OOH)
advertising solutions — including
digital SMD screens and mobile advertising displays
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new clients from various industries (FMCG, real estate, telecom, retail, etc.).
  • Promote and sell company advertising solutions, focusing on
    outdoor and digital display advertising
    .
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and after-sales support.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    1–2 years of sales experience
    in the
    advertising or media industry
    (OOH, digital, print, or agency background preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good client network and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in closing deals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
