We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Data Entry Executive to support the Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing reports, managing customer information, and assisting the BD team in lead generation and documentation tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in CRM systems, spreadsheets, databases, and internal portals.
  • Assist the Business Development team with lead generation, client research, and market data collection.
  • Prepare and format reports, proposals, presentations, and business documents.
  • Maintain customer and prospect records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations departments for data-related tasks.
  • Track business development activities, client interactions, and follow-up schedules.
  • Organize and manage digital files, contracts, and documentation.
  • Extract, clean, and compile data for weekly/monthly reports.
  • Perform quality checks to identify data inconsistencies or errors.
  • Support administrative tasks related to business development as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
  • atleast 1 year experience in similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience in data entry, sales coordination, or business support is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of sales funnel, CRM tools, and lead management.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Knowledge of data cleaning and basic Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filtering, formatting).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with business development or sales processes.
