We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a full-time, detail-oriented, and dependable Data Processing Specialist to join our team. This role supports our internal data management processes and client operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR and client service teams to ensure smooth information flow

Accurately input, organize, and update client and candidate information into our internal systems

Maintain data integrity and ensure all records are accurate and up to date

Perform regular audits to identify and correct data inconsistencies

Requirements

Prior experience in data entry, administration, or recruitment support preferred

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines

Availability to work full-time (remote or office-based) depending on project requirements
