1. Job Title: Clinical Receptionist

2. Organization: The Diabetes Centre Islamabad

3. Location: G8 Markaz, Islamabad.

4. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and register patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Collect and verify patient information, medical history, and insurance details.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures, including safe collection, labeling, and handling of blood samples.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and reception area.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of patient records into the system.
• Respond to patient inquiries and guide them regarding procedures and wait times.
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and lab staff to facilitate smooth patient flow.
• Adhere to confidentiality and hygiene standards as per clinic policies.
• Assist in inventory checks and replenishment of front-desk supplies.
• Any other task assigned by concerned supervisor and management.

5. Skills:

• Patient registration, appointment scheduling, and front-desk management
• Phlebotomy skills for blood sample collection and handling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of clinic protocols, hygiene, and confidentiality standards
• Basic computer proficiency and medical record-keeping skills

6. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required.
• Diploma in Laboratory Technology will be preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
