Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative based in Islamabad. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling customer service tasks, phone etiquette, and making reservations. They will serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while managing day-to-day front desk operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and Reservations management
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Prior experience in a medical or wellness clinic is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage
