About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven
Social Media Manager/Graphic Designer
to lead the development and execution of our social media strategy across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness, engaging our audience, growing followers, and converting leads through compelling content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage the overall social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, brand consistency).
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed to meet KPIs (engagement, traffic, leads, conversions).
  • Manage social media ad campaigns including audience targeting, budgeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor user engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage community feedback and queries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and videographers to deliver high-quality and relevant content.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends, hashtags, platform algorithms, and best practices.
  • Track competitors and generate insights for brand improvement and positioning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of all leading social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in content creation, social media copywriting, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, Adobe illustrator/premier pro, Capcut Etc.).
  • Experience with paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Graphic Designing
  • video editing skills (Reels/Shorts/TikToks)
  • Knowledge of SEO, blog writing, or email marketing
  • Experience using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
