We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Content Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing eye-catching social media content, managing brand presence across platforms, and bringing fresh ideas to grow our online community. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter, and can work independently while collaborating with the wider team.

This is a full-time position. The first month will be on-site, and based on performance, the role will transition into a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities


• Design engaging static and animated graphics for social media using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.


• Edit videos and photos for short-form and long-form content tailored for various platforms.


• Plan, schedule, and manage posts across all social media channels.


• Develop and maintain brand consistency across visual and written content.


• Stay updated on current trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.


• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.

Requirements


• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva.


• Strong video editing skills (experience with software like Premiere Pro or similar is a plus).


• Experience in social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.).


• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.


• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.


• A self-starter with creativity and initiative.


• Strong knowledge of MS-Office


• Optional but preferred, not knowledge of Meta ads and Gsuite

Preferred Qualifications


• Prior experience in a similar role.


• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.


• Familiarity with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
