We are looking for a
highly creative and results-driven Social Media & Ads Manager
to handle our digital presence, run paid advertising campaigns, and design engaging content. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
, social media strategy, and graphic design.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads Manager campaigns
    to drive conversions and brand growth.
  • Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Create high-quality
    ad creatives, graphics, and short-form videos
    tailored for each platform.
  • Optimize campaigns for
    ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversions
    with A/B testing.
  • Build monthly social media calendars and post schedules.
  • Track analytics and prepare performance reports using
    Meta Business Suite
    and
    Google Analytics
    .
  • Research competitors, market trends, and audience insights to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with management on campaign strategies, budgets, and brand messaging.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in
    Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta Ads Manager)
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    social media growth strategies
    and algorithm trends.
  • Proficiency in
    graphic design tools
    :
  • Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
    (essential)
  • Video editing:
    CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects
    (preferred)
  • Familiarity with
    Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
    is a plus.
  • Excellent copywriting skills for ad captions and social media posts.
  • Strong understanding of
    marketing funnels and performance metrics
    .
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with
    email marketing platforms
    (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Basic knowledge of
    WordPress/Shopify
    for content updates.
  • Knowledge of
    SEO
    and
    remarketing strategies
    .
