Job Description

1、Lead the development and implementation of financial business intelligence (BI) strategies, ensuring alignment with overall Alibaba International's financial goals.
2、Manage a team responsible for data analysis, SQL querying, dashboard creation, and reporting to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
3、Oversee the design and maintenance of financial data models, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for stakeholders.
4、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver tailored BI solutions for financial performance monitoring.
5、Foster effective stakeholder management, presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner to senior leadership and department heads.
6、Coach and mentor junior team members, driving their professional growth and enhancing team performance

Position Requirement

1、Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and BI, preferably in a finance context.
2、Proven experience as a BI Manager or a similar role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
3、Expertise in SQL, data analytics tools, and dashboarding software such as Tableau or Power BI.
4、Solid understanding of financial reporting and analysis, with the ability to extract insights from large datasets.
5、Effective stakeholder management skills, capable of building relationships and communicating complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
6、Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver projects on time, ensuring high-quality outputs and continuous improvement.
