Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista located in Islamabad. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, taking and fulfilling customer orders, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Barista will also handle cash transactions, keep track of inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications

  • Skills relevant to a Barista role, including food preparation
  • Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal skills
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
