Job Summary:

The Barista is responsible for preparing coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at the cafe counter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve hot/cold beverages and espresso-based drinks
  • Operate POS and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and equipment
  • Follow hygiene and safety standards
  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude
  • Support stock management and daily operations

Requirements:

  • Basic education (Matric or above)
  • Prior experience preferred
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Willing to work flexible shifts
  • Must follow uniform and grooming standards
