Position Overview:

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates for our Jasmine Mall outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and contributing to the overall success of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide product knowledge and styling advice to customers
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Handle billing and cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock levels
  • Support in-store promotions and marketing activities
  • Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Requirements:

  • Must reside in Bahria Town or nearby areas for convenience and reliability (strict requirement)
  • Minimum education: Intermediate (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Prior retail/fashion sales experience preferred, but fresh candidates with passion and confidence are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service mindset with a sales-driven attitude
  • Flexible to work retail shifts, including weekends and holidays
