Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data across various platforms to support our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any incompatibilities
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
Generate reports and summaries as required
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate data processing
Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and customer information
Qualifications
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position is a plus
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Good communication skills
Additional Information
This is a remote, part-time position
Applicants must be based in Karachi, Pakistan
