A fast-growing tech startup in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining the financial health and integrity of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable/receivable and the general ledger.
  • Track and reconcile incoming revenue from online platforms.
  • Process monthly payroll and ensure timely payment of all vendor and supplier invoices.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing key monthly financial reports, such as the Profit & Loss statement and Balance Sheet.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in an accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a startup is a plus.

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
