Position Overview:

We are seeking a proficient Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

  • Oversee daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Manage budgeting and financial planning processes.

Accounting Systems:

  • Utilize and manage accounting software such as QuickBooks and Zoho Books.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable.

Payroll Administration:

  • Handle American payroll systems, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Process employee salaries, benefits, and deductions accurately.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial data.

Compliance and Audit:

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and implement recommendations.

Reporting:

  • Generate periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other statutory reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CA, or ICMA are preferred.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with American payroll systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively during night shifts.

Working Hours:

  • USA timings : 8 hours per day.
