StrategistIoT seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, responsible for resolving their concerns, enhancing engagement, and driving sales conversions through expert communication. This is more than a service role

Working Hours,Timing and Location:

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 10 am to 7pm
  • DHA, DD, Phase 4, Lahore
  • Salary Rs. 50,000/month
  • Must have own LAPTOP to start working, Company will not provide Laptop

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all customer inquiries, from initial contact to final resolution.
  • Collaborate with customers to strengthen service competitiveness.
  • Proactively track and resolve issues to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Maintain a consistently high Quality Assurance (QA) score.

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience of call center
  • O Levels/ A Levels or professional Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent English Written and Verbal Communication
  • American or neutral accent
  • Excellent proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel).
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a valid CNIC.
