AZ Technologies is urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Full-stack Engineer
to join our team. We need someone who can start immediately, ideally within the next week, and has no notice period. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in developing robust and scalable applications, especially within the medical technology sector.

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Johar Town, Lahore. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

About the Role

This role is for a dedicated engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, cloud deployments, and DevOps. A key requirement for this position is previous, hands-on experience building a medical platform and working with HIPAA-compliant systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop back-end microservices using (Express) or Python (FastAPI).
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries.
  • Build secure APIs and integrate them with the front-end ).
  • Deploy and manage services on AWS, utilizing technologies like ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, and VPC.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
  • Implement robust security features, including authentication ), MFA, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and audit logging.
  • Support application monitoring and observability with tools like Sentry, CloudWatch, and LogRocket.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Frontend:
    Expertise in React ) and Tailwind CSS.
  • Backend:
    Proficient in (Express) or Python (FastAPI).
  • DevOps/Cloud:
    Hands-on experience with AWS services including ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFront, API Gateway, and VPC.
  • Databases:
    Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL (using Prisma/TypeORM) and Redis.
  • CI/CD:
    Experience with GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
  • Security:
    Proven ability to implement MFA, RBAC, encryption, and audit logging.
  • Experience:
    2–3 years working on production SaaS applications, with specific hands-on experience building a medical platform and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
