Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Academic Adviser for a full-time, on-site position
at our office in Johar Town, Lahore
. This role focuses on providing expert guidance to students, assisting with university applications, and offering strategic advice on academic and career pathways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist students throughout the university application process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation and submissions.
  • Provide tailored counseling on educational programs, course selection, and career development to align with students' aspirations.
  • Collaborate with the Gradlink team to deliver exceptional support and achieve recruitment targets.

Candidate Profile

We seek passionate professionals committed to fostering student success. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply, though experience in student recruitment or academic counseling is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in student counseling and career advising.
  • Excellent communication and academic advising abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in student recruitment or international education is preferred but not mandatory.
