POSITION:

Document Controller

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Maintain record of letters received from Client/Consortium Partner.

·       Prepare and dispatch outgoing letters to Client/Consortium Partner.

·       Manage Invoices Submission.

·       Maintain and update the DCC Log Register
.

·       Maintain and process
Letters & Transmittals Approval Log Register & Process
.

·       Maintain all
Incoming & Outgoing Physical Records
.

·       Maintain all
Incoming & Outgoing Server Records
.

·       Archive both submitted and received transmittals in physical and server records.

EDUCATION:

·       Bachelors

PROJECT EXPERIENCE:

·       Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller or in a similar administrative role.

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENT/ SKILLS

·       Experience with
document control systems
and
server/cloud record management
.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email communication tools.

·       Strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
