Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a LinkedIn Ads Specialist located in Lahore. The LinkedIn Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing LinkedIn ad campaigns.

Day-to-day tasks include developing ad targeting strategies, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign data, and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall marketing goals while ensuring all campaigns are effective and aligned with the company's brand.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in creating and managing LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and optimize ad performance
  • Expertise in developing ad targeting strategies and using LinkedIn's ad tools
  • Proficiency in data analysis and making data-driven recommendations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team to align strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with other digital marketing platforms is a plus
