Role Overview:
We're looking for a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist
who can drive high-quality lead generation and build strong pipelines using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, data-driven, and confident in engaging prospects through personalized outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
to identify and build targeted lead lists. - Craft and send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.
- Manage multiple LinkedIn accounts/outreach campaigns simultaneously.
- Nurture conversations to book qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Track, report, and optimize outreach performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to align on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and outreach strategy.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn's latest outreach trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in
LinkedIn outreach and lead generation
. - Strong knowledge of
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
. - Excellent written communication and conversational skills.
- Ability to personalize outreach at scale while maintaining quality.
- Experience with CRM or sales engagement tools (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly) is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and growth-driven.
