We are looking for a skilled Zari Work Professional to train and guide our students in the art of hand embroidery and decorative stitching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach students the techniques of Zari work, hand embroidery, and decorative stitching.
  • Develop structured lesson plans to ensure gradual skill development.
  • Supervise and support students in creating market-ready products.
  • Encourage creativity while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other vocational trainers to integrate skills into broader training programs.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students on their progress.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and motivating learning environment.

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven expertise in Zari work, hand embroidery, or related crafts.
  • Prior teaching or training experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A patient, creative, and encouraging personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum qualification: Skilled diploma or hands-on experience in Zari/embroidery work.
