Key Responsibilities:

  • Making phone calls and briefing new customers about real estate projects.

  • Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value.

  • Setting appointments and site visits.

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into clients.

  • Accurately log call details, lead information, and updates in the CRM system.

  • Provide helpful information to clients regarding properties, market trends, and company services.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Should have bachelor's degree but master's is a plus.

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in the real estate business is required.

  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Should be comfortable engaging in on-camera activities for social media content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs65,000.00 per month
