ChaseValue are looking for a dynamic and motivated Salesman/Sales Associate/Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, punctual, and eager to contribute to a positive and welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers in finding products, explain features and benefits, and upsell where appropriate.
  • Merchandising: Ensure shelves are well-stocked, neat, and visually appealing.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer queries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other staff to meet store goals and maintain a supportive environment.
  • Punctuality: Arrive on time for shifts and contribute to a smooth store operation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Intermediate.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
