Role Summary

We are seeking a
Blockchain Developer
with proven expertise in
Solana, TON (The Open Network), and EVM-based chains
, as well as
Telegram bot automation and integration
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
blockchain node management
,
smart contracts
, and strong programming skills — with Python proficiency being a major plus.

Key Responsibilities

Blockchain Development

  • Design, develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) on Solana, TON, and EVM-compatible blockchains.
  • Write, audit, and optimize smart contracts for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Manage and maintain blockchain nodes to ensure reliability and uptime.

Telegram Bot Development

  • Design, build, and deploy Telegram bots that interact directly with blockchain applications.
  • Integrate bots into dApps for seamless automation and user engagement.
  • Ensure a secure, efficient, and user-friendly bot experience.

Collaboration & Quality

  • Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce coding best practices.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot blockchain apps and bots, resolving technical issues quickly.

Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest blockchain and Telegram bot development trends.
  • Propose and implement improvements to enhance performance, automation, and security.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience developing on
    Solana, TON, and EVM platforms
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    smart contract languages
    (Solidity, Rust).
  • Hands-on experience in
    node management and deployment
    .
  • Telegram bot development expertise
    with frameworks, APIs, and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in
    JavaScript/TypeScript
    ;
    Python experience highly desirable
    .
  • Familiarity with blockchain dev tools such as
    Truffle, Hardhat, Anchor
    .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and debugging experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Urdu and English
    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to additional blockchain ecosystems beyond Solana/TON/EVM.
  • Understanding of cryptographic principles and blockchain security.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant blockchain or Telegram bot certifications are a plus.
