Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps).
  • Develop and maintain blockchain protocols and consensus algorithms.
  • Participate in the architecture and development of blockchain networks (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, or other relevant platforms).
  • Integrate blockchain solutions with existing applications and systems.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, and deployment of blockchain solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers, to deliver scalable blockchain solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain platforms.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Blockchain Developer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of blockchain platforms such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, or Binance Smart Chain.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, Go, or Rust.
  • Hands-on experience with smart contract development, deployment, and auditing.
  • Understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized networks.
  • Familiarity with blockchain frameworks, libraries, and tools (Truffle, Hardhat, , ).
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with DeFi, NFT, or token-based systems.
  • Knowledge of layer-2 scaling solutions and interoperability protocols.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for blockchain deployment.
  • Understanding of blockchain security best practices and auditing processes.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant blockchain certifications are a plus.
