Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a User Experience Designer. The User Experience Designer will focus on creating intuitive, user-centered designs through design thinking and user research. Daily responsibilities include developing wireframes, prototypes, and visuals, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience. The role requires a strong focus on improving usability and ensuring high-quality design standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Design Thinking and User Research to understand user needs and experiences.
  • Strong capabilities in Visual Design and User Experience (UX) principles to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
  • Expertise in Prototyping for testing and refining design concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Technical knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in developing digital products or enterprise applications is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences.
