We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented
UX Designer
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces that deliver seamless, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions that enhance usability and align with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience (UX) Design

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Create user personas, customer journeys, and wireframes to guide product design decisions.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to validate concepts and gather feedback.
  • Ensure designs are user-centered, accessible, and aligned with product goals.

User Interface (UI) Design

  • Design visually appealing, responsive, and modern user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
  • Ensure consistency in typography, colors, iconography, and overall visual identity.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to define requirements and translate them into design solutions.
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to support the product development lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement design improvements to enhance usability and overall customer experience.
  • Experiment with innovative design solutions to create competitive and user-friendly products.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in UI/UX design, preferably in software or digital product companies.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
  • Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
