Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Computer Vision Engineer
to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced computer vision and video analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern CV architectures, real-time video processing, and production-grade AI systems. This role requires technical leadership, hands-on model development, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, scalable vision-based products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end computer vision initiatives—from defining problem statements and preparing datasets to developing, training, optimizing, and deploying advanced vision models.
  • Design, implement, and enhance algorithms for video-based object detection, tracking, action recognition, and real-time analytics across large-scale video streams.
  • Develop high-performance image and video processing pipelines using deep learning frameworks and GPU-accelerated technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate computer vision models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and low-latency performance.
  • Provide technical leadership by mentoring junior engineers and researchers, conducting code reviews, and strengthening team capability.
  • Work closely with product, data, and solution teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver actionable computer vision insights.
  • Implement best practices in model evaluation, versioning, optimization, MLOps, and monitoring to ensure stable performance post-deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in computer vision research, video analytics, and deep learning, introducing innovative approaches into ongoing projects.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical concepts and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in computer vision, deep learning, or video analytics, with proven experience deploying production-grade models.
  • Strong expertise with modern vision architectures such as YOLO (v5/v7/v8), Faster/Mask R-CNN, Vision Transformers (ViT), and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Hands-on experience with real-time video pipelines, streaming architectures, and edge AI deployments (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson).
  • Practical exposure to industrial vision systems, including machine state detection, anomaly detection, production line monitoring, or equipment performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convert complex model outputs into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with experience architecting scalable, end-to-end solutions.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and delivering in offshore–onshore collaboration models.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
