We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and large-scale model implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML models — from data collection and preprocessing to deployment.
  • Design and optimize deep learning architectures for NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineers, product managers, and software developers).
  • Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for scalable model deployment.
  • Research and integrate state-of-the-art AI algorithms and large language models (LLMs).
  • Mentor junior engineers and review their work for quality and performance.
  • Ensure model interpretability, fairness, and compliance with data governance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubeflow, Airflow).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of data pipelines, big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Experience integrating AI models into production-grade applications.
